The 4th annual Teneo High Jump Festival is here!
Come and join us for the best High Jump Festival yet, this Saturday (June 19th) at Eastview HS, Apple Valley, MN.
Everyone is welcome to come and jump! There will be Youth, Masters, HS Boys, HS Girls, and Elite divisions, and you can register at the door. Or just come as a fan and cheer on your favorite athlete, as spectator entrance is FREE and weather is calling for 80 degrees and sunny!
This Festival promises to be a great show with the following High Jump stars confirming their participation:
Elite Men:
Manjula Wijesekara, Asian champion, NCAA finalist, & 2004 Olympian, 7'5 3/4"
Paul Hamilton, NCAA finalist, (University of Nebraska), 7'5" - jumping unattached
Andy Gilmore, Bayo Adio, Garrett Huyler - 7’2 ½” +
Elite Women:
Kali Erlandson, All American for the University of Minnesota Mankato - 5’8” - jumping unattached
Epley Bullock, NCAA female finalist - 6’2 ¾ “ (and is only 5’6” tall)!
Also, we will have Dr. Jacob Volkmann, DC on site. Dr. Volkmann is not only one of the top sport chiropractors in the US but he also happens to be a professional mixed martial artist currently fighting under the prestigious UFC!!! It is an honor to have Dr. Volkmann as the official Chiropractor for the Teneo High Jump Festival.
This is the only High Jump Festival in the United States, and is an internationally sanctioned event where everyone can jump. It is a competition celebrating the event. Stars of High Jump intermingle with the fans: The fans surround the pit, everyone claps and cheers for the jumper that is on center stage, while they are going for their best jumps at the beat of their favorite music! Teneo HJ Festival information:
When: Saturday, June 19
Masters and Youth Division kicks things off at 10 am, followed by, HS Girls, HS Boys, Elite Women, Elite Men.

Jumpers Registration: $45 at the door to compete, registration begins at 9 a.m.
Also, don't forget about the next day Festival Camp/Clinic with the elite athletes!

04/09/10:For the 4th consecutive year the 2010 Teneo High Jump Festival will be held in Eastview HS Apple Valley MN on June 19th (Competition) and June 20th (clinic/camp). The tournament has grown every year and seems like this year will be no exception, there are about 6X male high jumpers (2 of them are Olympians) that have jumped 2.20mts (7'2 1/2") or more that have confirmed their participation in this year festival. Remember that everyone is welcome to jump, we will have the following: All comers (youth & masters), HS girls & boys, Women Elite & College and Men Elite & College. We will be making changes every day. Stay tuned!

What is the High Jump Festival like?The
Teneo High Jump Festival is an international competition where
everybody can jump, all the way from beginners to Olympians.
It is a competition celebrating the event. The stars of
the sport intermingle with the fans: The fans surround the
pit, everyone claps and cheers for the jumper that is on center
stage, while they are going for their best jumps at the beat of

Date and Location: On Saturday, June 19th (competition) and Sunday,
June 20th (Clinic/Camp), we are closing the High Jump area with bleachers and speakers (music) at
Eastview HS in Apple Valley MN.
To this high jump party we are inviting the top
high jumpers in the Midwest (HS, College and Open). It is going
to be a fun and exciting competition, unlike any other high jump
competition out there.
Sanctioned USATF: The
Teneo High Jump Festival is a
USATF sanctioned event and it's main purpose is to promote theeventat all levels.
Prizes: Every athlete
will receive a T-shirt. Athletes placing 1st,
2nd, and 3rdwill receive trophies
or medals.
Schedule: The time
schedule for the events will be posted one week prior to the
event and it will depend on the number of jumpers.
